hi @KhadidjaTB login to My Account first, go to Profile , Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the address and portal code there

Just so you know @KhadidjaTB it actually doesn't matter what address or postal code you use with Public Mobile as they will never mail you anything via Canada Post. Everything is done through email services.

While the option does exist to change the address, the address isn't actually used for anythying.

if you are using app, you need to go to Account page, Mange Profile to update the postal code

if using browser, then go to Profile page,and choose Mange EverSafe ID
