Maybe try and reboot your phone if you haven’t already . Also can you confirm your account is still active ? Maybe your account didn’t renew sometimes autopay fails&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;submitted a ticket. we have multiple phones on different accounts not working. we tried all the fixes suggested and still nothing. accounts are all active and in good standing online. service toggles between emergency calls only and in service with no signal available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Correction. The issue was primarily in Yarmouth. It was affecting all Bell, Telus, Koodo, Public, Virgin, and Lucky customers in the downtown area. It seems to have been resolved at the moment. No word from Public on the trouble ticket yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
