    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/477921"&gt;@JPA2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am assuming you mean that your new phone doesn’t have a SIM tray and it has eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you activated the eSIM but you can’t make outgoing calls but texting and incoming are working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is the case, you will need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket so an agent can help you with outgoing calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Best to buy it in person at a TELUS/Koodo store or order one from Amazon with Prime free shipping for around $5&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you phone supports, use eSIM for free&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you have an active sim card from old phone, move it to the new phone and you can start using it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or if you need, but a new PM sim from Amazon.ca or buy from Telus or Koodo store. But if you go with that, you then need to login My Account to update the sim card number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
