If so, the PM account should have closed and there should no longer be any charges. If she got a new number to use with the new provider then you definitely want to close off the PM account by doing what&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/387343"&gt;@slusagm&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has suggested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your account will be closed, SIM will no longer work and there is no prorated refund for unused days as PM is a prepaid service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is a month to month service so there is no long contact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
