      <description>&lt;P&gt;any chance you are trying to port from Koodo Prepaid service? if you are, then support can help you to complete the transfer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or the. error coild also indicate you submitted a port request already&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, message support and ask&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
