Hey bud: I need to set a 4 digit pin, everytime I call in to add funds with a credit card it asks me a 4 digit pin and I did t set one up! If I could set it up plz let me know l I'm supposed to have auto top up but for some reason it never works, to no fault of public mobile however! So I'd sure like to set up a 4 digit pin thank you

You can reset your PIN if you haven’t create one or forgot your PIN. Login to your account then on the Account tab>Reset PIN Number.

Some customers, specifically newer ones would have never been asked by the activation systerms to create an account PIN. For those customers, the app cannot be used to reset an account PIN that doesn't exist.

Yes, the account PIN is required to make a credit card payment.
