      <title>Working with no sim or esim?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just switched to public. (iphone 12) My phone is working fine but I don't see any eSim installed, and I took out the physical SIM (Bell)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I misunderstanding something?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it won't work without sim card, you need a physical sim or esim with PM.&amp;nbsp; Check the iPhone Cellular screen and there should be one there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the status bar on top should show you if the phone connected to PM network.&amp;nbsp; And , can you make and receive calls?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/477040"&gt;@HLC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if your PM services are working fine and you do not have a physical SIM card you have to be setup with an eSIM, did you scan a QR code from an email sent by PM, you must have as you have to select an eSIM in order to get the email&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/477040"&gt;@HLC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; you should know if you are using physical sim or esim.&amp;nbsp; Did you join PM and selected eSIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you did, check the Settings -&amp;gt; Cellular screen and there should be a Public Mobile esim there.&amp;nbsp; Post us a screenshot with what you see&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/477040"&gt;@HLC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;oops, you need to delete your screenshot as it has your number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you already removed the physical sim card with your old carrier, i think the PM sim is working as it says LTE on top.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The No Sim is a iOS glitch. Try reboot and Reset networks settings and check if it shows again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are worry, you can download PM app (if not already installed), login, and go to Account page and buy another esim from Account page.&amp;nbsp; The esim replacement is free.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
