hi,

RBC visa is updated, current,..But where are my rewards $$ saving as year's before. for automatically monthly payments ?!

@pirocom You might have missed the announcement this past march everyone’s been switched to the new points system and no more auto pay reward or loyalty rewards . Instead we have to pay full plan price and get 5% back on plan spend in points and 10 points once a year on your anniversary date . Friend referrals keep same value 1 point every 30 days they stay with PM . Now with added step of redeeming the rewards from your rewards portal in your account . Once you have earned 15 points you can redeem $15 off your bill

@pirocom uh oh, you haven't realized yet?

Regrettably, Public Mobile has removed the autopay discounts and loyalty discounts that we used to get as of May this year. No more, finished.

Now just 5% back on your payments.
