Hi, I am switching my iphone to a newer one. I was using an esim in my old phone. How do i switch my number to the new phone to use esim?

Esim cannot be switched or transfered. You must download the Public Mobile app on your new phone and re purchase a new one. It should be free.

eSIM are not transferable like SIM. You will need to download the PM app on your new phone and login to your account then make a purchase of a new eSIM. Go to Account tab>Purchase SIM Card.

Hey @JohnpaulPadinja

I too went from one iPhone to another. Since I couldn't transfer the eSIM to my new iPhone, I simply just got another one. The best part, because I already purchased one, the new one was free. It says $5 when you buy it but when you get the payment part, it goes to $0.00 so it's free. Good luck and enjoy the new iPhone.
