      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason, when I created the account (&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), porting my number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx from FIDO was NOT made and the line is still charged from FIDO.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The current number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on Public mobile.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Please assist me with update my active number to&amp;nbsp;xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I remembered yes, but when the SIM for FIDO has been installed, which means there have been two SIMs one from Public another from FIDO. My daughter who uses it probably chose FIDO one. it is double charing now. please fix it ASAP&lt;/P&gt;</description>
