      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys! My subscription was up for renewal today, but the auto renew didn't go ahead. No problem I said, I'll just pay from my public app, there is nowhere on that app to pay them. Been going round in circles for an hour, didn't think it would be so hard to give money to a business...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/440582"&gt;@Salomam&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you are on the PM app. Check if your Subscription button (AutoPay) is enabled.&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to make a payment, g&lt;SPAN&gt;o to the Payment tab&amp;gt;Add Funds with Credit Card.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0198.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/138810iBBD0B67885ABFAF6/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0198.png" alt="IMG_0198.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another option is to dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a manually payment but you will need your security PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you didn’t set a security PIN, on the PM app then on the Account tab&amp;gt;Reset PIN Number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0196.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/138811i8179C11346E0CC60/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0196.png" alt="IMG_0196.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks everyone, after a couple of hours stressing about it and searching for a wifi spot (They disconnected my internet), the button finally popped up saying a payment was due and after that it was easy. Thanks for the advice everyone, it would seem there was simply a delay between shutting off my service and asking for payment. The option to "add funds by Credit card" does not appear on my PM app like the screenshot that was posted by&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/177159" target="_self"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;BKNS27&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. All sorted thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup, at least it was for me, woke up realised there was an issue. Multiple hours later with no phone service THEN the button popped up to press and pay. Once paid it took another hour or so for them to restore my data connection. Annoyingly slow but at least it got sorted. Good luck&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
