      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/476496"&gt;@Buran_1008&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Regrettably, this has nothing to do with you updating your service &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;😔&lt;/span&gt;. Public Mobile has removed all the automatic discounts for all the customers and everyone has been moved to Public Points as of May.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So now you have to pay your entire plan up front and they give you 5% back on your payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No more loyalty, no more autopay. Just friends Points, Community points back if account qualifies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was an announcement March 8. You can find it in the Announcements section on the Community site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
