Refer a friend

I referred my son to Public Mobile. He signed on Aug 29, 2024 but something went wrong and I did not get enter a referral to earn rewards. Is there any way to fix this so I can collect my refer a friend monthly reward?

@Dish your son has to be one one to open a ticket to have it added after the fact.

Give him your code again, best to copy the link and send it to him.

Then he has to use the chatbot orange circle on lower right of web page to create a ticket for Public Mobile to add manually.
