just login My Account, then go to Payment, and select Manage Subscription and then Update Card information, you can then update it there

you can also do it on the app, pretty much same page, go to Payment page, and the select Update Card Information there

you can simply login My Account and update the credit card. Would be safer to use Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser to login

in case it came with an error, wait 24 hours and try again. But if you need to pay now and resume service and cannot wait, you can also buy voucher from Shoppers drug mart and then load the voucher using *611
