bought 3G data Aug 15 but never got it. i had pb's receipt but i dont have it in my add-ons. Why!

@jameshealy Data add ons expire 30 days after purchase . So it would have expired by now if you hadn’t used it all anyways

this is Sept 22, a 30 days addon would have expired already. did you check payment history and see if it ever recorded the payment and purchase?

if it took the money but didn't provide you the data, ask PM to check

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

is it not 3 g for as long as it takes, like the last time i had it or was that changed too?

this was changed over a year ago. Now all data addon has an expiration. 30 days for Canadian data addon and 15 days for US roaming. So, only buy data add-on if you really need it, don't overbuy

but LD addon still no time limit

@jameshealy No I think it’s was march of this year , when the app came out , data add on have 30 day expired before that . It used to be non expiring and would stay in account until all used up

Thanks @slusagm couldn’t remember why I said “think” just know it was when the app came/site change happened hard to belive it’s been a year already . We all lost our old legacy rewards too @jameshealy and now everyone is on the lousy point system . It’s really not been a good year for PM to make matters worse it’s almost impossible to now even downgrade plan price . The old days of PM are over ad not for the better . This is unfortunately the new PM today
