      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to change my subscription from 15$ to the 19$ plan, however I get a message “ Change failed please use a different payment or try again” I’ve changed my credit card three times and i still get this message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In your app under manage subscription, then change subscription, you will see all of the plans that are available for you to change to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
