      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was blocked from use as i was told I hadn't paid my monthly bill yet my m/c shows the payment clearly. I had to pay this again today to gain access again! I also pay my husband's phone the same way, his is fine. please rectify the double payment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
