      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is called carrier unlock code.&amp;nbsp; PM does not lock the phone.&amp;nbsp; Did you try other sim card (other service provider) on this phone and failed already?&amp;nbsp; did you buy from phone from PM or Koodo or Telus?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
