@PMAC0000 did you set your browser to clear cache on exit? or maybe it is set as default? To assure the trusted devise works, please check the settings and make sure it is not set that way

@PMAC0000, on my computer visiting the PM website it seems to remember my trusted device setting but on my cell phone it will not regardless of how many times to place a checkmark on it so it doesn't seem to work perfectly in all cases

@eddieO for the app on the phone, it is stills using your default browser for login. So, make sure your default browser on your phone does not have the clear browser on exit enabled

I use the app on my cell phone and I never have to log in.

Based on my experience, if you login on trusted devices through the same wifi, it will work on your next login but if you use public wifi. You will need to enter the 2FA code before you can access your account.
