      <description>&lt;P&gt;reboot the phone again and try Reset all networks.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes, it takes multiple reboot, but probably it needs more time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, you will need PM to check.&amp;nbsp; You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
