    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/309260"&gt;@Manusha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can purchase a new SIM from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or from Amazon or order from PM (but this may take up to 3 weeks to arrive).&lt;BR /&gt;Once you have the new SIM, login to your account and under the Account tab then to Change Your SIM Card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are having issues login to your account. You will need to contact an agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am still paying my monthly subscription but lost SIM card, no space on my phone to download the app for e-sim. can I keep my phone number when get a new card, and where and how to do it, it does not allow me on my account page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
