      <title>Multiple Charges to Credit Card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Public Mobile Community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In August 2024, I thought there was a problem with my credit card which would affect the automatic monthly billing to my account.&amp;nbsp; I received a text message from Public Mobile stating that services would be cancelled if payment was not made.&amp;nbsp; In response, I immediately did a Top-Up payment online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also double-checked the existing credit card details in my Public Mobile profile.&amp;nbsp; They were correct.&amp;nbsp; I assumed that the Public Mobile text was sent to me in error due to a timing issue.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, for August, I expected to see 2 charges to my credit card account.&amp;nbsp; One for the automatic monthly renewal, and one for the Top-Up payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon reviewing my credit card statement today, I was surprised to see 3 charges from Public Mobile in August.&amp;nbsp; It looks like there is one automatic monthly renewal, plus two Top-Up payments.&amp;nbsp; This would mean that my account would be paid up for the August, September and October billings.&amp;nbsp; However, It doesn't seem clear in my Payment History that this is indeed the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would you be able to look at my Public Mobile account to see if 3 months of payment have been received?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
