      <description>&lt;P&gt;So i goofed up and did the port at activation.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I see my Rogers sim has now gone dead but I'm not getting anything on Public.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Because I did the port as part of the activation do I need to wait the 5 hours for the port to complete ....&amp;nbsp; do i not get a temp number if I port in activation&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's not set as your primary, then do so and then reboot. Even though it can take up to 2 hours for the number to come across, usually once your other provider is no longer working, the port should have gone through. If that&amp;nbsp; doesn't work then please use&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162890"&gt;@hTideGnow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;phone number they sent to your private mailbox top right corner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
