My wife has the option of a $19 subscription plan for 1 Gb @ 4 G speed on her account. Why don't I get that same plan option on mine? The lowest option I get is $30 for 6Gb @ 4 G speed. I'm currently paying $25 for only 1 Gb @ 3G speed. These differences don't make sense to me!

PM has changed the plan menu. Now the plan menu is tailored to individual plan. Now you can upgrade...but can't downgrade. Hopefully they change that soon.

added...she likely has the old $15 plan. If she "upgrades" to the $19 ...she won't be able to go backwards.

If you have the old $25 plan...you can only "upgrade" to the plans shown.

They typically only offer plans/deals that are at a higher rate than you're currently paying. If you had the $15 plan, they would offer you the $19 plan so they can get you on a higher rate. Since you are currently on a $25 plan, they will only offer you plans that are more than $25

Thanks for the explanation. That makes more sense now!
