      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also in Dartmouth, NS and have had no issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Would try restarting your phone, toggling airplane mode, and if those dont work, reset network settings (this will make you reenter your wifi passwords, but is a good method to reset network connectivity).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
