    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't access my account for the first time as I don't receive the text message with the EverSafe ID.&lt;BR /&gt;I used my husband's one phone number for the EverSafe ID which is an American one.&lt;BR /&gt;And as I can't access my account, I can't reach a Public Support agent.&lt;BR /&gt;How can I change the number or get that access code a different way?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
