8B1 error trial to call Denmark

I keep getting an 8B1 error while trying to call a number in Denmark. The number is 011 45 xxxxxxxx.

Denmark is included in 300 LD minutes but Not in holiday bonuses so it should work. Confirm you added correct LD minutes and try again or try some other number.

I have 500 one-time Int'l LD bonus, but I don't have a LD add-on. Do I need to have a add-on to actually use those minutes?

@chriscooper The Christmas bonus international minutes includes the following:

Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.

So you would need to buy with $ or points the international long distance add on that includes Denmark, the countries are listed here
