      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/473768"&gt;@May56&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact a CS_Agent to have them resend the porting request again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your Freedom SIM will continue to work and to receive the porting request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
