    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's an ongoing problem and started when Public introduced 5G.&amp;nbsp; I have to use my phone on 3G to have any chance of a successful call.&amp;nbsp; I am in the Niagara Region and the service is very poor.&amp;nbsp; Even Telus friends are having the same issues.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It depends on various conditions. Which area you are in?&lt;BR /&gt;Did you try your SIM in another phone to eliminate phone itself (hardware) reception issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
