Hello,

There are two lines attached to my credit card, my credit card has been charged twice, but only one phone has service. The number that has no service is xxx-xxx-4337. Before the change we had tried to keep the previous number which I had to pay first and completed the process, it never worked that number is xxx-xxxx-4738. Paid 38.42. Then redo the process got a new number xxx-xxx-4337 Paid 16.95 just in case it didn't work. The following month paid 38.42,for xxx-xxx-4337. now this month my card was charged 38.42 but no service for xxx-xxx-4337.

I paid xxx-xxx-4599 on September 7th 2024. So the September 14th payment should have gone to xxx-xxx-4337.

How can I get my refund for the xxx-xxx-4738 and have my xxx-xxx-4337 line work. It was working and then it just stopped this month, but payment has been taken.

I like Public Mobile but I cannot deal with theses issues. It's not a good feeling when money is charged to your card, and no service, and all assistance is online, no help.

Please Advise what is going to be done.

Thanks

Edit by Dunkman: removed personal information
