If it has failed, you will have to speak with them to resolve it. With regards to PM asking you to activate with a physical SIM card, I'm not sure why. If you have room for 2 eSIM on your phone, there is no reason why you can't download a second eSIM and register it with PM. You just have to pick PM as your primary eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Did update to iOS18 earlier this week, which is likely also compounding things.
