      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was offered an upgrade on my plan to increase to 10 GB on a 4M network, I accepted it about a month ago, however since then the data isn't working.&amp;nbsp; I need to be fixed please or I would like to go back to my old plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The setting are correct, the only thing I noticed is the network mode is set up as LTE/3g/2g. Could that be the problem? How could that be fixed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
