Qr code not working. Getting error when scanning qr code “try again”. Wifi connected. Need a replacement esim.

You can go to the app and purchase another one. You've already paid the $5 so anytime you need another, its' free. You'll see $0 at the check out. If you're still having issues, you can create a ticket this way.
