When I registered in the PM APP, I followed the steps to see if my Phone was esim compatible, I got the message that it was so I proceeded by choosing a plan with esim as the option. Unfortunately after choosing the plan and getting to the activation page, I got a message saying that the phone was actually NOT esim compatible and to contact support. I have contacted support who said to go buy a PM SIM card at the Telus store, which I did and have installed. What is the next step ?
