      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/304468"&gt;@alexaulenbach&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, you plan upgrade has simply lifted the throttled speed from 100 mbits/s to 250 mbits/s.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise, nothing else has changed.&amp;nbsp; It could be local network congestion that is affecting your data experience.&amp;nbsp; I would not do anything unless the situation is persistent.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
