      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can open a ticket with agent and present your case. You might get refund but PM being pre-paid you might not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why do you say your phone is not compatible with 'PM eSIM'. eSIM should work on any phone accepting eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
