      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried the resend option. &amp;nbsp; After clicking it 3 times it just bounces me back to the start. &amp;nbsp;Does not send an email code. &amp;nbsp;Will try to open a ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
