Phone number with no account - help!

I bought plans for my daughter and son. I wanted to buy him more data but his number isn’t showing anywhere or using any email I remember. I have messaged the online support 100 times with no help. When I ask to find my email it sends me an email lol. So I can’t sign in nor have an account #.

Help please!

When was last time you paid the account? Use your phone and call 1855 4public and see the status of the account.

Did you check their phone setting by click on their Apple account if it is an iPhone or About Phone on an Samsung/Android phone?

It should show the account holder name and number.
