    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I lost my credit card &amp;amp; had to have it cancelled 9 days ago (this is 7th business day) unfortunately new card still not received.&amp;nbsp; I have another credit card &amp;amp; entered details to change my subscription &amp;amp; pay but it keeps saying this on the screen "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later."&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you please help me get the payment processed I cannot be without my telephone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/472062"&gt;@peg3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; updating cc info is unfortunately one of the most difficult things to do around here. The system has faults, but so far, they have not updated it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try in the app if you have it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you tried too many times today, you will be locked out and must wait 24 hours to try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm the meantime if you need to make a payment,&amp;nbsp; you can purchase a Public Mobile voucher from a gas station or supermarket and load to your account untill you are able to successfully update the info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind some stores charge a surcharge for this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
