Switch from Sim card plan to another plan.

Hey all,

If anyone can help out. I have a plan which is 3G 1.5 GB from 2019. I am trying to switch to the $39 Canada US 50GB plan. I am assuming it using eSIM. So do I pay for a eSIM from the app and then change the plan? When I go to the change subscription page, it doesn't mention about buyin a SIM or eSIM.

All plans can use either a regular SIM or an eSIM. You don't not need to change to an eSIM.

No. You will not need to purchase a new physical SIM card.
