you made an outbound call and got connected wrong?

or people cannot reach you?

Did you try adding 1 in front of the number?

For the 1 to make a difference in the destination, the customer would need to also be accidently dialing a + in front of the area code and be calling to a different country than intended. Otherwise, dialing the 1 or not would make no difference in the destation reached. I'm aware that not dialing the 1 has led to some strange error message indicating that I call couldn't be placed, but I haven't heard of any glitch that has cause callers to be routed to the wrong phone number.
