      <title>Recover Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I pay for an estranged relative's account.&amp;nbsp; My credit card was compromised and then canceled and replaced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I see that my relative's account has basically disappeared.&amp;nbsp; When I try to login to it to add the new CC, it asks me to re-register.&amp;nbsp; The last payment came out from my old CC August 9.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should not delete the account without even an email after only 31 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's my next step?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
