      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not that techy so please be patient and explain like I am 5. I am unable to activate my iphone on the network. I used an eSim but when I try to scan the QR code I get a message Unable to activate sim, try again or contact my carrier for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I send a text I get the message that it is undeliverable. When I make a phone call I get a recording saying that I am not activated on the network. I know there must be settings that I need to change in the phone itself but I am having no luck trying to do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok. Try this. Go into your network settings, find the PM eSIM and choose that as the primary and then reboot. See if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems to be yet I cannot text people using phones other than iPhone and I cannot make or receive calls. Customer service was in touch but have gone quiet. Are they not here on weekends?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Strange. it seems that outgoing and incoming calls are finally working but my outgoing texts on the mobile network are not. Only iMessage. Data works ok too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
