      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I can’t load my eSIM and now my phone does not work at all. &amp;nbsp;I even tried to buy a second eSIM to see if that would help and that is nowhere to be found.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/470317"&gt;@badservice1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can only buy esim on the App.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login the app first.&amp;nbsp; If it asked for 2FA code and you cannot receive on the phone, the click Didn't receive code and then click Send email.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If no Send email as an option, see if Send voice message is there.&amp;nbsp; Then all you need to do is to call back your voicemail from another phone within a minute, and get the code that way&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After you login the app, go to Account page , click Buy Sim card and then Buy esim there&lt;/P&gt;</description>
