How to remove credit/debit card information?

In the web layout, it does not seem to be possible to remove credit/debit card information. It is possible to update card information, but apparently not to completely remove. Or am I not seeing this option to remove credit/debit card. I don't want to update my card information.

Hi, I don't think that they have the "remove" option, I think all you can do is turn off the subscription option so that they won't renew your plan next month.

@Saji14 you are correct. You cannot remove the credit card info yourself. Only a public mobile agent can do that. Use the chat orange bubble lower right to create a ticket and ask them to remove it for you.

You have to open a Ticket and ask agent to delete your payment info.
