    <description>&lt;P&gt;To elaborate&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/322143"&gt;@Harmei&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, in the Spring of this year, Public Mobile converted all customers from the Legacy rewards (in which $$$ discounts automatically applied to your monthly charges) to a Public Points system wherein we now all earn 'points'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These points can be converted to either dollars or to purchase add-ons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log into your account, go to your rewards tab, and you'll see the points you've earned so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Remove personal email from public forum!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOBODY from PM is going to reply... This is customer support customers forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most likely you pay now full plan price. No more loyalty, referral and autopay credit every 30 days. All is points now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
