I am a new subscriber to Public Mobile and in the transition I’ve lost all my contact are most of my contact information. I have a Samsung S 70 phone.

hi @Randysphone sorry , this is a device problem and nothing to do with PM service

Check if you have any backup with Samsung service

That's rough. Just a heads up, if you had Gmail on your old phone, once you log into Gmail again on your account, all your contacts should show back up again. What phone did you have before? This link may help.

If you have Gmail on this phone now and didn't have Gmail on the other phone, install Gmail on the other phone and it will automatically save all your contacts and they'll populate on the new phone.
