      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/470426"&gt;@DebBay&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first check the phones Settings-&amp;gt; Cellular or sim manager to see if the Public Mobile esim is there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, check if you got a Welcome email from PM, the QR code is there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, then you can message support , and agent can help to send it to you again.&amp;nbsp; Message here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
