      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm attempting to move my mom to a more budget friendly phone provider with Public but can't get confirmations via message or email so prices is hung.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Received same IMEI error others have mentioned.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I have to fly back to the US tomorrow and can't leave her with a disabled phone!&amp;nbsp; I can put her Telus SIM back in and make calls but texting is broken so can't move forward or undo.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What can I do to resolve?? Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
