Could you please tell me if the USA Roaming Packages include Hawaii? If yes, how well should it work concerning the data, texting, and calling.

Yes, USA Roaming bundle will work in Hawaii.

Just enable Roaming and connect to AT&T or T-Mobile network and also enable VoLTE (voice over LTE) in your cellular settings:

Yes @Schlief , people tested and confirm it works in Hawaii too

Just make sure you connect to T-Mobile or A&?T or Verizon and use 4G/LTE network mode. You might want to manually test all 3 networks to stay with the one that works best if Automatic settings doesn't pick the best one
